Description, Pricing, and Inventory Error

Despite our utmost efforts, sometimes Computing Worlds Inc. Site products have an incorrect or incomplete product description or stock status or are mispriced due to some typing, informational, technical, or other error. Computing Worlds will have the authority to cancel and refuse any order of said product or service and immediately correct, amend, and remove the wrong information. If the product's actual cost is higher than our mentioned price, we will, at our right, either communicate with you for instructions before dispatching the product or cancel your order and notify you of it.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, COMPUTERWORLD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, OF ANY KIND CONCERNING ITEMS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Payment Modes

ComputingWorld accepts the following payment modes:

All major Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Florida (FL) Sales Tax

Sales tax is needed for orders that are dispatched to destinations within our resident business states. Thus, all orders delivered to Florida will be charged sales tax as per the appropriate tax rate. Customers who qualify for tax-exempt status must forward a copy of their tax-exempt form to [email protected].

Order Acceptance and Acknowledgement

Until shipment, orders are not marked as confirmed. Computing Worlds holds the right to accept, reject, confirm, cancel, and limit orders for any reason at any time when the shoppers place an order. Upon receipt of any electronic correspondence or other confirmation notice, shoppers agree that they do not signify an offer to sell a service or product nor the approval by Computing Worlds of any order. Computing Worlds must pre-authorize orders valued at over $500.00, and the correct mode of payment must be developed.

Data Protection of Customers

Computing Worlds shall maintain appropriate management procedures, physical and technical identity protection, secrecy, and honesty of all Shopper details. Computing Worlds shall not change, reveal (except as required by law), or use Shopper information except for preventing technical difficulties or connecting with Shopper Support issues at the Shopper's request.

Customers' use of the Computing Worlds Inc. Site will constitute the TCUS receipt contained herein. Without immediately written objection to that or an acceptance of any of the items encompassed by a customer's confirmed order shall comprise or constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions defined on the Computing Worlds Inc. Site.
