Computing Worlds Inc. Dedicated to providing top-quality latest and refurbished IT devices and equipment that is dispatched to you in excellent condition. However, there may be events where the item you ordered turns out to be faulty, inoperative, or not what you expected. Whatever the case, we are here to fix this out for you.

All items come with 30 days replacement warranty until it is explicitly specified.

Defective Products

If your product appears to be faulty or malfunctioning within the warranty period, mention us instantly and we will either solve the issue or replace your product. These replacement parts may differ in FRU, spare, or part number from the one you ordered.

If we obtain a product back within warranty and once verified, there is "No Fault Found," or the issue is due to an Incompatibility problem with your hardware/software setup. There is a $10 charge for testing the product and a 25% restocking fee.

Change / Cancellation

You reserve the right to cancel an order when placed on our site right up until 14 days from the day after receiving the products. If you need to modify any detail of an order you have placed with us, delivery address, quantity, or cancel it entirely, kindly reach to our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

If you notify us of order cancellation before we dispatch the order, we will refund your account with no extra charge. If you cancel your order after receiving the item, you may be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Defective Returns / Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, it will be taken back within 14 working days of purchase prior to being in the actual state, not opened, and no seals have been torn.

If there hasn’t been any fault on our part, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Any unwanted item, unless it has flaws, is returned in a condition that’s re-saleable.

Original condition: software, accessories, manuals, and warranties must be in their original condition, packaging and should be without damages.

Wrong / Incomplete Product

If the order does not match with the shipped item or missing items, we will resolve this immediately and send the right thing for you.

Once the item for return is received, analyzed and scrutinized, we will send you an email notifying you of us having received the item. We will also keep you informed of the rejection or approval of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically reflect on your credit card or original payment mode within a certain amount of days. Note! Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the expenses of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.

Kindly allow us up to two working days for authorizing your RMA Number and return.
